Theme oriented Townships are a new interpretation of a time tested concept. Initially theme oriented Townships developed across the world alongside industrial conglomerates to accommodate the work force. Over the past 200 years the themes have changed to lifestyle housing. The ETA Group incorporates luxury living in their "Dubai Lifestyle City" project, which is a mix of high-end residential condominiums, duplexes, penthouses and luxury villas. Along with the residences, the project boasts of a four- and a five star hotel, a shopping center, a theater and a sports training center. The master plan was developed by Ashai Design, California. The entire project architecturally replicates a Tuscan model, including the landscaping, with modern luxury amenities and safety technology.
